Ingredients

Wet

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Dry

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (240 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  1. In a medium bowl add dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Create a well in dry ingredients and add wet ingredients.
  3. Whisk until smooth, then rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook on pan and serve.
