Pancakes
Ingredients
Wet
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Dry
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (240 mL)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- In a medium bowl add dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Create a well in dry ingredients and add wet ingredients.
- Whisk until smooth, then rest for 5 minutes.
- Cook on pan and serve.
