Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 cup oat milk + dash after cooked
  • Pinch salt

Optional

  • 2tbsp quinoa mixed into oats
  • Dried fruit
  • Frozen fruit
  • Peanut butter
  • Hemp seeds
  • Flaxseed meal

Method

  1. Add the oats and oat milk to sauspan
  2. Turn on the heat
  3. Add in the salt
  4. Stir every now and then until cooked as preferred
  5. Stir through another dash of oat milk
